Robin put insurance companies in the spotlight and they are now held to a higher standard and to account for their actions. Intense national publicity led to an overhaul of one of the largest insurance companies in America because they had been denying legitimate claims to the disabled.
While in Silicon Valley, Robin consulted technology firms seeking media coverage and name recognition. She led strategy and branding for the Marketing department for Face-Time Communications, a text-messaging company and secured cover stories in the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and various trade publications. At eGain Communications, Robin led the Senior VP and Marketing Department through a successful purchase of Inference Corporation. She als secured unprecedented media coverage for eGain. Robin came in after Baan Company purchased Aurum Software and was undergoing a personality change and needed crisis communications.
When in Aspen, Colorado, Robin built and managed relationships with the NFL and NFLPA after the Denver Broncos won the Super Bowl, working with A Grass Roots Aspen Experience. She worked with Lynn Swann, Nick Buoniconti, Karl Mecklenburg, many NFL super stars as well as Sam and Cheryl Wyly and other contributors on this project.
Throughout the 1990’s, Robin ran the sales and marketing division of U.S. Signal, Inc. She secured several long-term federal contracts for communications and alpha-numeric messaging (before it was called "texting") and had several multi-national corporate clients using their communication products and services globally.
Building on experiences in the media and fashion areas specializing in the men’s formal wear business shows, Pannone is an internet and social media expert. His favorite area of expertise is integrating his knowledge on Twitter and Facebook to tens-of-thousands of followers. His reports to the wedding business via his eWedNewz feed is a valuable source of information where he applies his retail and manufacturing skills to give consumers the best possible information on how to properly dress for Black Tie Occasions.
During Paul's time at FLOW, Michael Kors formal wear, he increased sales, raised consumer awareness and worked closely with decision makers and buyers across all platforms of the industry. In August 2013 the addition of Michael Kors on social media raised the visibility of a once stagnant tuxedo business, increasing sales to the average consumer. Ongoing changes in the wedding industry that include greater use of social media networks continue to make it possible for all-size organizations to get their message out and reach the public. Pannone pioneered the use of social media in the tuxedo industry.
His consulting relationship with Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Joseph Abboud formal wear continues to bring fashionable styles and information to consumers, as well as retail buyers. A promotional arrangement with MTV's the "Situation" offered a unique opportunity to present behind the scenes information to the public. From 2000-2009, Pannone worked in live television, including ABC's Live! With Regis and Kelly.
